I worked on a mobile app that helps people improve their physical and mental well-being by offering tools, guidance, and support for building healthy habits. From guided meditations to one-on-one coaching, the app brings science-backed care through a team of clinical experts and trained coaches.
We built this meditation app from the ground up to help people improve their mental and physical health. It offers a mix of tools like guided meditations, breathing exercises, personal coaching, and habit tracking—everything backed by science and created with support from clinical experts.
Since we were starting from scratch, we had to plan the structure and user flow carefully. Our goal was to make the app feel calm, easy to use, and supportive from the very first tap. One of the main challenges was finding a simple way to organize all the different features so that new users wouldn’t feel overwhelmed, but experienced users could still get what they needed every day.
We also focused on onboarding, making sure it clearly showed the benefits of personalized care and our expert-based approach. This project gave us the chance to create a complete experience—from layout to visuals—that helps people build healthy habits and find balance in their daily lives.
Since we were building the app from scratch, our main focus was to create a structure that felt natural, calming, and easy to follow. We started by conducting user research to understand what people need when it comes to improving their mental and physical well-being. We also worked closely with our clinical experts and coaches to make sure the content and features were accurate and helpful.
To keep things flexible and scalable, we designed the app using modular components. This allowed us to quickly build and test different sections—like daily practices, coaching sessions, or meditation tracks—without locking ourselves into one layout too early. We created clickable prototypes to test the user flow and made improvements based on feedback.
We focused on a soothing visual experience, using relaxing photos that inspire healthy habits like yoga, mindful breathing, or nutritious eating. These images helped set the tone for wellness and encouraged users to take small positive steps. The overall design was responsive, clean, and easy to navigate—carefully crafted to support users throughout their wellness journey.
